A Few Hours of My Own
So, it's my first day home without my kids in months and I was sitting here eating leftover dessert when it hit me that I should post something on this long forgotten blog of mine!!
Not that I don't have anything else going on--because, believe me, I do. I am currently doing the laundry, cleaning the kitchen, trying to repair the toilet handle that broke off a week ago and the shower dial that wouldn't turn off this morning (I need to go to Home Depot again, however, since I bought the wrong parts for both of these projects). I am working on a plan for our next High School youth event, balancing my checkbook and painting an old dresser I bought a year ago.
I know, this is called ADD--or my version of it anyway--and it happens to me whenever I find that I have more than 15 minutes to myself. There are so many things on my list of things to do, that I just have to try to do them all!! Unfortunately, none of them ever seem to get done!
Why not write a blog entry just to procrastinate completing any of the above projects a little longer? I hope you enjoyed reading about my psychosis while you do a little procrastinating of your own!

The Birth of our Blog
We are the proud parents of a new baby blog. We don't know a thing about how to take care of her! We hope to feed and change her a bit, but we don't know where all of her parts are yet. Hopefully we will get some good advice along the way...
